Shipping policy

At Melbourne Cardtel, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. All orders will be sent in a padded satchel to ensure that your items arrive in the best possible condition. We take extra care to ensure that any cards in the boxes are already encased in a one-touch, graded slab or top loader to protect them during shipping.

We understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is important to you. Therefore, we strive to post all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. This allows us to ensure that your package is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining our high quality and care standards.

For international orders, we offer a flat shipping fee of $20. We believe that this provides a fair and transparent pricing model, while still allowing us to offer competitive rates for shipping. 

Additionally, all orders are shipped with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.

Please note that we do not ship to parcel lockers. This is because we want to ensure that your items are delivered directly to you, and we cannot guarantee the security of packages left in parcel lockers.
